Taktbet Terms & Conditions – Full User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Taktbet website (taktbet.best) and all its services. By registering on Taktbet or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Taktbet is an online betting and gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers Sports Betting, casino games, Live Casino, crash games, and a range of other interactive gaming services.

Taktbet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on Taktbet:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Taktbet is strictly closed to anyone under 18.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration — submitting false details may result in account termination.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple family members share the same device, separate verification will still be required for each.
• You must use your own mobile number and email address — registering with someone else's details is not permitted.

Taktbet reserves the right to reject any registration request. Registration may be declined without explanation if any issues are found during verification.

The security of your Taktbet account is entirely your responsibility. You are advised not to share your password with anyone and to change it regularly.

• Taktbet will not be held responsible for bets placed by anyone else while you are logged into your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately to support@taktbet.best.
• Taktbet will never ask for your password, PIN, or OTP. If anyone does, treat it as fraud.
• Taktbet has a separate policy regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Taktbet supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking methods. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Transactions through a third party — including the use of another person's bKash or Nagad — are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 3–24 hours. Without completed KYC verification, it may take longer.
• Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification as part of Taktbet's anti-money laundering policy.

Taktbet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• The welcome bonus is available once per new account only.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — typically between 20x and 35x.
• Bonus abuse — such as arbitrage betting or using bonuses on low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited.
• Taktbet reserves the right to void bonuses if evidence of abuse is found.
• Each bonus has a set validity period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

In any bonus-related dispute, Taktbet's decision shall be considered final. That said, Taktbet is committed to transparency and will not cancel bonuses without reasonable grounds.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Taktbet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except in live betting where a cash-out option is available).
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly (obvious error), Taktbet reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits for Sports Betting vary by event and may differ depending on account type.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Taktbet platform:

• Attempting to claim bonuses or gain advantages by creating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's identity or payment details to conduct transactions.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If these prohibitions are violated, Taktbet may close the account, freeze the balance, and take legal action without prior notice.

Taktbet places responsible gaming above business interests. The following tools are always available on the platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily close your account for anywhere from 1 month to 5 years, or close it permanently.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic reminders to keep track of your activity.

• Information may be shared with relevant authorities where required by law or in the course of fraud investigations.
• Only the information necessary to operate games is shared with our partner game providers.

If a game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, server issues, or any other technical reason, Taktbet follows the policy below:

• If a connection is lost during a Live Casino game, the outcome will be determined according to the game server's records.
• If a connection is lost during a crash game, the server-side result will apply.
• If a technical issue causes a delay in settling a Sports Betting event, it will be resolved within a maximum of 72 hours.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Report your issue via live chat or at support@taktbet.best. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
• Step 2: If your issue is not resolved via live chat, send a detailed complaint by email. A formal response will be provided within 48 hours.
• Step 3: If the parties cannot reach a resolution, an independent mediator may be appointed to assist.

Taktbet believes every dispute can be resolved through open and transparent dialogue. No legitimate complaint goes unaddressed.

Taktbet updates these Terms & Conditions as needed. For significant changes, 7 days' notice will be given in advance. Minor changes will be announced via a notification on the platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full effect. In the event of any discrepancy between the Bangla and English versions of these Terms, the Bangla version shall prevail.
